This policy summarises the cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms that apply to all bookings made through I Live Where You Vacation. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Service, which prevail in case of any discrepancy.


Cancellations and refunds

  • 15 calendar days or more before the reserved date: 100% refund of the deposit, less applicable banking fees.
  • 10 to 14 calendar days before: 80% refund of the deposit, less applicable banking fees.
  • 5 to 9 calendar days before: 30% refund of the deposit, less applicable banking fees.
  • Less than 5 calendar days before: no refund will be granted.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original booking, with banking or gateway commissions deducted as applicable.

No show

If the client fails to attend on the scheduled date and time of the contracted service, no refund will be issued and the deposit will be forfeited in full.

Changes to reservations

Changes to the date, time or type of service may be requested up to 5 calendar days before the original reservation, free of charge, subject to availability and the applicable tariffs at the time of rebooking. If the requested change cannot be accommodated, the no-show policy applies.

Force majeure

  • Yacht charters: if the Port Authority orders closure due to adverse weather, you will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
  • Villa rentals: refunds or rescheduling apply only in cases of natural disasters, subject to availability and potential tariff adjustments.

In all force majeure cases we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your experience at the nearest available date.

Additional services

Additional services (chef, DJ, decorations, transport, barbecue, photography and videography) must be confirmed at least 5 calendar days in advance and require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
