Casa Tortuga Basic Pass is the cleanest and most accessible way to enjoy Casa Tortuga Cenotes Tulum. This package is designed for travellers who want the essential guided cenote experience without extra add-ons, while still enjoying the main value of the park: clear freshwater, limestone scenery, Mayan jungle surroundings and a guided route through four different cenotes.
The Basic Pass includes a guided tour through four Casa Tortuga cenotes, usually described as two open cenotes and two semi-open or cavern-style cenotes. This variety gives guests a balanced introduction to the natural beauty of the Riviera Maya. Open cenotes offer sunlight, turquoise reflections and wider swimming areas, while the semi-open settings create a calmer, more enclosed atmosphere with dramatic rock formations.

This pass is ideal for guests who want a simple, refreshing and well-organised activity in Tulum without adding kayak, zipline or taco bar. It works well for couples, families, friends and travellers who are building a full-day itinerary and want a reliable cenote stop that does not require a complicated schedule.
The guided format helps guests move through the park with more structure. Instead of arriving and trying to understand the route alone, guests follow a certified guide who explains the cenote areas, safety rules and general flow of the visit. A life jacket is included during the tour, which makes the experience more comfortable for families and mixed swimming levels.
The Basic Pass does not include kayak access, taco bar or zipline. Guests who want kayak and zipline should choose the Silver Pass with Zipline. Guests who prefer kayak and food should choose the Silver Pass with Taco Bar. Guests who want the complete experience with kayak, taco bar and zipline should choose the Golden Pass.
Tour duration is usually around 1 hour and 40 minutes to 2 hours, but the total time on site may vary depending on arrival, check-in, changing, group flow, photos, locker use and operational conditions.
