How many guests can Explorer 40ft take?

Explorer 40ft can take up to 25 guests maximum, including children. The base rate includes up to 15 guests.

What does the deposit payment cover?

The $5,000.00 MXN payment secures your selected charter package. The remaining balance is paid before boarding.

How are extra pax handled?

Extra pax above the included base cost $1,500.00 MXN per person and are paid before boarding. The maximum capacity of 25 guests total cannot be exceeded.

Is the dock fee included?

No. The $200.00 MXN dock fee per person is not included and is paid separately before boarding.

Can we go to Isla Mujeres?

It depends on your selected duration, departure time, sea conditions and captain approval. Six and eight hour charters usually give more flexibility, but the route is never guaranteed in advance.

What happens if weather or port conditions affect the charter?

Routes, swim stops and departures depend on weather, maritime conditions, port operation and captain approval. If the yacht cannot operate, ILWYV will help manage rescheduling or the applicable booking resolution.
