Jungala offers admission options for children ages 3 to 9, adults and children 10+, and Beyond ticket options that add food, beverages and selected guest benefits. Standard admission includes park entrance, towels inside the park, Wi-Fi, parking, concierge service and use of showers. Children under 3 years old may enter free according to the official admission policy, subject to current park terms.
Jungala Beyond tickets
The Beyond admission options are designed for guests who want a more complete day inside the park. Jungala Beyond Kids includes the standard admission benefits plus one kids menu dish, one dessert, one non-alcoholic drink and a slushie refill. Jungala Beyond Adults includes the standard admission benefits plus one dish, one dessert, two non-alcoholic drinks, a slushie refill and selected discounts on lockers, photo service, Spa Kuxtal services and participating retail or dining areas, subject to official terms and conditions.
Private cabanas at Jungala
For a more elevated visit, guests can upgrade their day with a private cabana. Jungala’s cabana experiences are designed for comfort, privacy and personalised service, offering a dedicated base inside the park where guests can rest between attractions, keep belongings secure and enjoy a more exclusive experience. Cabana packages may include spa water, flavoured water, snacks, seasonal fruit, dishes from the cabana menu, champagne, desserts, facial mist, refreshing towels and sunglass cleaning depending on the package selected.
