Where will I get my Jungala tickets?
When booking through ILWYV, your ticket request is processed after checkout and final ticket delivery is completed after supplier confirmation. Jungala tickets may also be available through Jungala.com, the park box office, Vidanta Riviera Maya concierge desks, travel agencies and Jungala’s official Customer Care Center.
What is the cost of the tickets and what is included in admission?
ILWYV currently sells Jungala Day Pass tickets from MXN 1,401 for Adult 13+ and MXN 981 for Kids 3–12 / Special Rate guests. At least one Adult 13+ ticket is required per booking. Day Pass admission generally includes access to the park, towels, showers, Wi-Fi and concierge service according to current park rules.
What are Jungala’s hours of operation?
Jungala’s published operating days may include Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Jungala is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Hours can change by season, weather, maintenance or supplier operation. ILWYV tickets are valid for the selected date during Jungala’s official operating hours, subject to supplier confirmation.
How do I get to Jungala?
Guests should enter through Vidanta Riviera Maya’s main entrance and proceed to the Central Lobby. A complimentary internal vehicle may transport guests between the Central Lobby and Jungala according to current park operations.
Are Jungala’s pools heated?
Selected pools, including the Kids’ Slides, Spa Pool and Kids’ Rainforest, may be heated during cooler months to help maintain a comfortable temperature for the season.
What happens if I need to cancel my tickets?
All Jungala orders are generally final. ILWYV follows park and supplier rules, and refunds, cancellations or changes may be restricted once tickets, bracelets or final confirmations have been issued.
Is there a minimum age for park access?
Children under three years old may access the park for free according to Jungala’s current rules. Kids from 3 to 12 years old use the children’s or special-rate ticket category. ILWYV requires at least one Adult 13+ ticket per Jungala booking.
How can I reserve a private cabana?
Relaxation, Premium, Luxury and Luxury Plus cabanas can be requested as optional upgrades in the ILWYV booking box. The Cabana-Only Package cannot be reserved through ILWYV and may only be requested directly from Jungala staff after entering the park, subject to same-day availability. No cabana package includes park admission.
How many people can a cabana accommodate?
Jungala cabanas are generally designed to comfortably hold up to 6 people, commonly 4 adults and 2 children. Final capacity and inclusions depend on the selected cabana category and park confirmation.
How much is parking?
Parking is generally offered at no additional cost according to Jungala’s current rules. Guests should enter through Vidanta Riviera Maya’s main entrance, follow arrival instructions and proceed to the Central Lobby.
What happens if it rains during my visit?
If Jungala closes before 2:00 PM because of adverse weather conditions, affected guests may be allowed to redeem paid admission tickets for a non-transferable, non-refundable re-admit ticket according to Jungala’s rain policy. Rain guarantee re-admit tickets are processed only on the day of the visit at the park box office.
What should I wear to Jungala?
Appropriate family-friendly swim attire is required. Bathing-suit thongs, cotton shorts or shirts, sport shorts, loose garments, buckles, rivets or sharp objects may be restricted on body slides. Children in diapers may be required to use waterproof protectors.
Can I bring my camera on rides?
Personal cameras, digital recorders, phones and recording devices are generally not permitted on water slides or tube attractions for safety reasons.
What credit cards are accepted?
Major credit cards are generally accepted at Jungala, along with other payment types such as cash or wire transfer according to current park operations. ILWYV online checkout payment methods may differ from on-site park payment methods.
Can I rent a locker and how much does it cost?
Locker rental may be available upon arrival at the park for an additional fee. Jungala’s published locker rental reference is MXN 150 per day, subject to current pricing and availability.
Is Jungala wheelchair accessible?
Jungala offers wheelchair access to the park and many of its areas. Guests with accessibility needs should tell ILWYV Concierge before final ticket delivery.
Can I bring my own food and coolers?
Outside food, beverages and coolers are generally not allowed inside Jungala. Dining options are available for purchase inside the park according to current operations.
Can my children visit Jungala without me?
No. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I smoke at Jungala?
Jungala is a smoke-free park.
Does Jungala allow re-entry?
Same-day re-entry may be allowed according to Jungala’s current park rules.
